The Grand Rivers Alliance, GRA heartily felicitates with the entire Rivers State people and Nigerians on the commemoration of the 2017 United Nations International Day of Peace today.
On this day of peace, appropriately themed 'Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for all', we join hands with all peoples to celebrate universal peace and charge Rivers people and Nigerians to eschew hate speeches and other utterances and activities that potentially threaten our collective peace and harmonious co-existence.
Let us reach for peace as we celebrate this year’s International Day of Peace. We must resist every cynical efforts to divide us or sow seeds of discord and discontent amongst ourselves.
Together we are stronger. In Peace We are unstoppable.
